Pork Chops with Pineapple Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

8 pork chops
-
6 slices pineapple, fresh, cored
-
2 tablespoons butter
-
Seasonings to taste
PREPARATION:
-
Season the pork chops
-
Cook the pork chops slowly (about 15 minutes) in the butter in a frying pan on both sides

Cover the pork chops with the slices of the pineapple
-
Cook for about 8 minutes longer
