Pork Chops Balsamic Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
4 1/2-inch thick, boneless loin pork chops
- Lemon herb seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- Cooking spray
PREPARATION:

Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray and heat oven to med-high heat

Sprinkle both sides of the chops with seasoning and add to the skillet

Sear for one minute on each side and then reduce the heat to medium

Cook for 4-6 minutes on each side, remove from skillet and keep warm

Lightly wipe the skillet with a paper towel, return to heat and add the vinegar and broth

Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally

Before serving spoon the sauce over the pork chops
