Chocolate Coconut No Bake Cookie Recipe

Chocolate Coconut No Bake Cookie Recipe

The chocolate coconut no bake cookie recipe is rich in flavor, and best of all, easy to make.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Flaked coconut for rolling
Directions:
  1. Mix the oats, coconut and walnuts in medium bowl; Set aside
  2. Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil
  4. Boil for 1 minute, remove from the heat and stir in the oats mixture
  5. Let mixture cool for 3 minutes
  6. While the batter is still warm, slightly wet your hands and make into tablespoon size balls
  7. Roll the tablespoon size balls in coconut, place on wax paper and set aside to cool

This chocolate coconut no bake cookie recipe makes 24 cookies
