Easy No Bake Cookie Recipe

Easy No Bake Cookie Recipe
Don’t get the name wrong – it is easy, but tasty no bake cookie recipe.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Mix together the sugar, butter or margarine and the milk in a large pot and bring to a boil
- Keep boiling for 2 minutes
- Turn off the heat and add in the pudding, oats and vanilla extract
- Mix well and set aside to cool for 5 minutes
- Drop onto wax paper or tray using tablespoons
